Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent, strategic planning, and developing a high-performing recruitment team. This role offers the potential for promotion to Head of Talent Acquisition based on performance and demonstrated leadership capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Talent Sourcing: Oversee sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates and an inclusive hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technology Utilisation: Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with a minimum of 2 years in recruitment and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
